In my opinion, the fried and roasted chicken tastes good, the sides are good, and the prices are reasonable. I had one occasion where they didn't provide any salsas or tortillas because they didn't have any, and they reminded us that those were free. I hope they can improve their customer service and their approach to responding to their customers.
